In this episode of the SweetGeorgia Show, Felicia speaks with Melissa Goulet, most commonly known in the fibre arts as Melly. Together, they speak about their love of raw fibre, sheep breeds, spinning, and exploring blends through fibre preparation.
As a team of three, Melissa, her husband, and Emily can process around 20 pounds a day, one pound at a time. They bring in fleece all over Canada (and the world), making blends with a variety of natural fibres such as silk, alpaca, and even nettle.
