In this episode of the SweetGeorgia Show, Felicia Lo speaks with our School of SweetGeorgia moderator, Robyn Gibbons. Together, they discuss Robyn’s journey in the fibre arts from knitting and crocheting to weaving and spinning. Robyn also shares her philosophy on how we can’t create time for making; we need to schedule it!

Robyn Gibbons joined the School of SweetGeorgia as a moderator in 2021. Since then, she has grown in her role by hosting multiple events, writing articles, and helping members. She does all this while working a full-time job, being a wife and mother to two beautiful girls, and being the Secretary at the Guild of Canadian Weavers.

The tubular cast on is an invisible cast on that’s great for hems cuffs and ribbing edges, where you want to have a bit of elasticity.
