Celebrating the Month of Crochet with the Coast to Colour Shawl
March is here, and with it comes International Crochet Month! This year, we’re kicking off this celebration in style with the release of a brand new crochet shawl pattern—Coast to Colour designed by Charlotte Lee. An opportunity to celebrate the joy of crochet whether you’re a seasoned crocheter or just getting started, it’s the perfect time to dive into this fun new project and explore the colour style options.

The Coast to Colour crochet shawl is a top-down, triangular design that begins in the centre with a simple setup, followed by a one-row repeat. Customize your look by changing colours for a gradient or striped version, or keep it classic with a single colourway.
The pattern is easily adjustable to any size, with or without the Bobble Stitch Border. With samples made using four different colour variations, it’s a fun design for playing with colour. Or maybe even find inspiration in Felicia’s How to Use Your Handspun post and use some of your own handspun yarn!
