In this episode of the SweetGeorgia Show, Felicia sits down with Charlotte Lee, who has been part of the SweetGeorgia family for more than 10 years. From dyeing our yarns and helping keep the studio running smoothly to carefully checking every skein that leaves our doors, Charlotte is an essential part of our team. She is also the designer of the beautiful Hebe Sunset Scarf, the pattern so many of us are knitting together this summer in our Summer Spectra Knit-Along. In this conversation, Charlotte explains that knitting is never just about the finished object. It is about gathering with friends to crochet, share a cup of tea, and create together. It is about building community and making everyone who walks into the studio feel welcome.
Charlotte Lee is a precision dyer, does quality control, designs, teaches, and hosts events for our SweetGeorgia community. And in her spare time, she kits, crochets, spins, weaves and, when the mood strikes, needle felts. She can also be found knitting many hats for charity. She is truly a multicraftual maker with a heart for community!
